About us

Located almost in the heart of Rab, we offer a unique combination of privacy, comfort and spectacular views of the city. Only 1 km from the center and the beach, our garden spreads over a spacious plot of 1600 m², while the house itself occupies 395 m². The interior of the villa offers four elegantly decorated bedrooms – two with double beds and two with separate beds, ideal for children. There are also four modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower cabin, while one of them also contains a luxurious free-standing bathtub. The spacious living room of 35 m² creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation, equipped with a comfortable sofa, LED SMART TV, WiFi, air conditioning and a rustic wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave and filter coffee maker. The exterior of the villa features a 24 m² swimming pool and equipped with an advanced chlorine-free water treatment system (electrolysis). In addition, guests have access to a sauna, a fitness area and two garage spaces.

Thanks to its central location on the island, guests can enjoy a variety of beaches – the closest is 1000 m from the villa, below the old town, while other beaches, sandy, pebbly or rocky, are easily accessible by car or boat. Shops, cafes and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity, ideal for enjoying the authentic island atmosphere. Surrounded by a large courtyard, Villa David ensures complete privacy, while high hygiene standards guarantee maximum safety and comfort.
